The current state of real estate: The island sales are less in volume and are selling at assessed value or even less. With the low interest rates available, it couldn't be much more ideal for a Buyer. In 2011 as compared to 2010, our sale prices have dropped by over nine percent.
Today statistics tell us that 90% or more Buyers find their properties online before they approach a Realtor.
